Littlesea Marine Ltd (RC 6912547) is a company duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to provide Oil & gas, lightweight building construction and marine related services. The company is wholly Nigerian owned and was incorporated under the companies and allied matters Act 2020.

We are an indigenous company positioned and poised at delivering world class marine services in Nigeria. We boast of vessels (owned, managed and chartered), which undertakes deep offshore services in the upstream.

We have a pre-designed operational strategy on services delivery and sequence to suit customers needs for vessels that are either waiting at the anchorage.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Prince Bashir Abayomi Elegushi (Chairman)

Prince Bashir Abayomi Elegushi is the Chairman of Littlesea Marine Limited, he is an astute businessman whose experience spanned several sectors, which include maritime services, real estate, and the automobile sector. He was the former Chief Operating Officer of Elcathay Dredging Limited, a company that specializes in dredging waterways and land reclamation.
He is also the Chairman of Gushi Homes Limited and Gushi Autos Limited, both companies active in the real estate and automobile sectors respectively, and they are all located in Lagos State. His ambitious drive and the quest to fill the gaps in many sectors have been responsible for his success stories in every sector he delved into. These factors, the enormous business experience, and the burning desire to join the race of those who bring redefined value to our country’s critical assets sector birthed the idea that led to the establishment of this company.

Lawrence Olawale Abe (MD/CEO)

Mr. Lawrence Olawale Abe is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Littlesea Marine Limited, he was formerly the Head of African Operations at T2 Enterprises LLC ( a United States resource company based in Maryland) he was also the former principal partner at Courthouse Solicitors, a partnership law firm with offices in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Lekki, Lagos State. His vast experience drawn from robust management and legal practice in various sectors, including negotiation of deals within Nigeria, South Africa, The Kingdom of Swaziland, Kenya, and outside Africa ( such as the establishment of the first environmental solution institute in Nigeria and Angola in partnership with Clemson University, United States and University of Parma, Italy, he was also responsible for the partnership between the University of Port Harcourt and the University of Parma in the area of Marine Pollution and Toxicology). Abe has outstanding experience in the area of Litigation, Maritime, Corporate Law Practice, and Commercial Law. In his capacity, he has duly advised and subsequently represented Individuals and Corporate Entities in Maritime, Debt Recovery Matters, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Abe is verse in strategic negotiating alliances, formal contractual documentations and assistance in regulatory filling and compliance.These are predicated upon the requisite skills and, knowledge of international relations, business practice, general global affairs, and the skill of an attorney which Abe has always exhibited to protect and serve the interests of our Clients diligently and responsibly over the years.

Seun Adekanye (Chief Financial Officer)

Seun Adekanye, a finance professional and seasoned Accountant, brings over 8 years of experience to the table, contributing to the growth of revenue, cost analysis, margin management, and improvement of bottom-line performance. Her expertise lies in financial analysis & modeling, budget/forecast analysis, risk & management reporting, business partnering, strategy, and leadership.

In May 2023, Seun Adekanye joined LittleSea Marine as the Chief Finance Officer, assuming responsibility for the finance and risk management functions. Prior to joining LittleSea Marine Ltd, she held the position of Commercial Finance Business Partner at Dangote Flour Mills Plc, where she worked for 4 years.

Before her tenure at Dangote, Seun Adekanye worked with Meyer Plc (formerly DN Meyer Plc). With a strong accounting background, she holds a Masters’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, where she earned a BSc. in Accounting. Additionally, she is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Dotun Ajulo, Esq. (Head, Legal Department)

Dotun Ajulo is the Head of the Legal Department of our company. He is a seasoned legal practitioner with broad experience in the area of Litigation, Maritime, Corporate Law Practice, and Commercial Law. In his capacity, he has duly advised and subsequently represented Individuals and Corporate Entities in Maritime, Debt Recovery Matters, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dotun is versed in strategic negotiating alliances, formal contractual documentations and assistance in regulatory filing and compliance.

Komi Boboye (Chief Technical Officer)

Komi Boboye Karike is a Marine Engineer with a verse experience in the area of onshore and offshore services. He has worked with many oil and gas services companies and the power sector. In May 2023, Komi joined LittleSea Marine as a Marine Engineer saddled with the sole responsibility to Prepare system layouts and detailed drawings and schematics, Inspect marine equipment and machinery, and draw up work requests and job specifications and Conduct environmental, operational, or performance tests on marine machinery and equipment.

With a high level of problem-solving ability, practical and technical skills / team working and leadership skill, Komi is able to discharge his professional duties excellently.

With a vast skill in fields like offshore oil and gas exploration, maritime transport and logistics, shipbuilding, and defense contracting – not to mention a rapidly-growing need for renewable energy infrastructure at Littlesea – marine has offered Komi a limitless possibility for career growth, innovation, and impact.
